"What else can you say except, OUTSTANDING! The team was able to locate the exact bike I was looking for in Chicago, a Vulcan 900 Classic LT in Pearl Crystal White and Metallic Titanium and went and picked it up. Assembled the bike and was waiting for me with all the paperwork when I walked in. They loaded the bike into my pick up and strapped it down. Already looking down the road to a bigger bike and I know where I'll be purchasing it at.

"I purchased a new Suzuki S40; my son then purchased a used s40, both at T&S. We also purchased our boots, jackets, gloves, helmets, heated gloves and vest, crash vest, and a rain-suite. We were expertly matched into the right bikes for our beginner level of riding, and into the right gear.
Thankfully, I opted for the extended service plan, and had T&S add several accessories to my bike, along with performing routine maintenance.
After high-siding my beautiful new bike, having the insurance adjuster ready to call it TOTALED, their accomplished service department expertly put humpty dumpty back together again. (Thanks to the quality gear I bought, I was just fine.)
Now that I'm ready for a larger displacement bike, I'll be purchasing it from Treads and Sleds, a Suzuki V-Strom--as soon as the wifee allows! "
